AVENTON WARRANTY:

Coverage Overview

• Frame: 2 years
  (Lifetime warranty available if registered within 90 days)

• Components (motor, drivetrain, etc.): 2 years

• Battery: 2 years or 300 charge cycles (retains ~75% capacity)

• Accessories: 1 year

Additional Details

• Warranty applies to original purchaser; limited transfer to second owner

• Labor covered for 1 year through authorized dealers

• Free shipping for approved warranty claims

Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (chains, brake pads, tires, etc.)

• Improper assembly, misuse, crashes, or neglect

• Third-party components

How to Start a Claim

• Contact Blairstown E-Bikes or Aventon support

• Provide proof of purchase

• Bike will be inspected and next steps provided

VELOTRIC WARRANTY:

Coverage Overview

• Frame: Up to 5 years (select models)

• Electrical Components: 2 years
  (motor, controller, wiring, lights, sensors, etc.)

• Battery: Up to 300 charge cycles (~75% capacity)

• Accessories & Parts: 1 year

Ownership Terms

• Original owner: 2-year limited warranty

• Second owner: Not covered, but support is available

Not Covered

• Wear and tear items (tires, chains, brake pads, etc.)

• Improper use, crashes, or unauthorized modifications

• Third-party components

Important Notes

• Warranty valid for U.S. purchases (lower 48 states)

• Photos/video required before approval of replacement parts

• Customer may be responsible for return shipping
